After walking around the Washington mall all day, we went to a cool little spot on the Potomac River where we could have a picnic and then take a few boats out for a while.
Ethan and Chris rowed off into the sunset.
Bruce took Josh out (I love that you can see the Washington Monument in the background!)
Matt took Ashley out for a spin.
I agreed to go with Chris. I'm not handy with a paddle, and was worried that if I took anyone out by myself, we'd be stuck on the Potomac forever. Chris and I tried to race Matt and Dasha. I think they won, because I made us row in circles for a while. But they were good sports and only rubbed it in a little :)
